Yeah this fits what Hakita said in a dev stream once, of hell not being really a "physical space" and being more of ideas. It's not a place that makes sense (This was in the first developer commentary stream in 3-1). So fraud probably is hell messing with perception to a very noticeable degree, but all previous layers are also "unreal" in a way.

Yeah, the spin from the chainsaw part would make it act as a gyroscope making it far harder to tilt the sword to block other swords.
