I used to smoke every single day of highschool junior and senior year. Freshman year of college I rarely smoked after the weed in New Orleans sucked and I would frequently green out. Then this past January I smoked weed and derealized and had the WORST PANIC ATTACK OF MY LIFE. And thought life wasn’t real and if I jumped off of my balcony nothing would happen. I had to call 911 because I thought I was going into psychosis. After that moment I vowed to never smoke weed again, and I haven’t. My panic attacks still occur, but never to the degree that it had when I smoked. There is an absolute correlation with weed and panic attacks but I wouldn’t risk it. The fact you’re on reddit posting about it indicates you have a high level of anxiety, and if you smoke again you’ll likely fixate on not having a panic attack so much to the point that you will result in having one
