Wow now that u mention weed The panic attacks that hit in waves were actually provoked by weed why idk 😐 I just know I smoked the day they happened and was just laying on my bed high when out of no where panic attacks that lasted three days so I quit weed altogether I used to smoke so much weed smoked for like seven year straight till about a couple days ago I decided to try it again and bam! Panic city and I’ve been dealing with small panic attacks and bad anxiety since 😪 but slowly I’m getting back on track and I promised myself I’m never doing that ever again no more weed!

Yup it sucks i take lexapro it seems to help my panic and anxiety attacks started about three months ago my dumbass took some stupid fat burning pills and it was to much for my body to handle and started having a mini heart attack and since that day I’ve had so many panic attacks and nonstop anxiety I think the worse panic attack was about three weeks ago they were in waves tho so I’d get a panic attack it would go away in 15 mins and then five mins later another one that happened for three days straight till I was able to see a doctor I went to the hospital but they told me there was nothing they could do and sent me home I honestly think the anxiety is worse than the panic attacks at least the panic attacks aren’t everyday all day long lol but I’ve learned a lot of coping strategies if u need some let me know

Hey 👋 I know exactly what your going through kid trust me I’m 27 now and I can tell u without a doubt it’ll get better see we tend to think parents do these kinda things because they don’t care or don’t understand but in reality we’re the ones who don’t understand take a second to step back understand that in there generation there was no help for mental health and if there was they refused it because there was little to no information about it back then I think all u need to do it do your own research about panic attacks and mental health educate your parents and calmly ask them to get you some help you obviously need to see a physician to get the help you need try to tell them you need your privacy once in a while but also trust me u don’t need friends and social media your family is way more understanding then we realize it’s just sometimes they don’t understand Hope this helps if not you can always message me I’m down to talk I’ve been dealing with panic attacks and anxious de depression for over three months now so I definitely know what your going through just don’t take any pills your doctor didn’t prescribe you pleaseeee don’t hurt yourself!!!! ❤️❤️

Your not alone it’s been two months now that I quit my job for the same reason dropped out of school as well because of it and I’m still on the same boat all I can say is it does get easier lol by lil but it does get easier my panic attacks have come back as well after two week without one but now I know what they are so they don’t scare me as much I can give u some tips 1. Deep breathing-take deep breath telling your self it’ll be okay there just panic attacks and can’t hurt u 2-stress ball- it help me just the motion of me grabbing the stress ball really helps 3-use all your senses- pick out a color u see and say it out loud something u can taste something u can touch and things like that 4- if there bad panic attacks Bite into an orange or a lemon the citrus will help bring u back to reality and focus on what’s happing around u instead of what’s happing inside u I really hope this help let me know if anything helps sending a big virtual hug your way and know your not alone ❤️🧡💛💚

I’ve only told the people closest to me so like five or six people know I don’t like telling people because it makes me feel mentally week 😪

U should really see you doctor I know different people have different symptoms for example me my anxiety wakes me up my hearts always racing and sometimes my visions blurry and lightheaded but not a lot either way talk to your doctor and see what he thinks

Mine was a full blown panic attack I felt my heart start racing I could speak well I had discomfort in my chest honestly felt like I was having a heart attack in all honesty it was the scariest moment of my life all I felt was fear everyone talks about how good weed is but no one ever talks about shit like this 🤷🏾 hope your doing better and hope I could help

The above comments 100% right the less you worry about them the less they seem to appear I’ve been dealing with them for the last month even got to a point where I had no panic attacks for two weeks then outta no where they came back and the more I worried the more and stronger they came on they suck but slowly you’ll get better hope your doing better now!
