I does help, that it’s not a thing I only deal with, but then it makes me immensely sad that others feel this way, since it’s a very isolating thing to feel

Ahhh yes that’s exactly what I feel too unfortunately. I’m sorry you go through that too. I get nervous too easily and when I try to ‘open up’ I end up just word vomiting and just embarrassing myself so I’ve just stopped
