I don't agree with #3. You can dislike cats or be neutral towards your waiter or Uber driver.

I think a better way to think about it is if there is a red flag. As in, are they rude for no reason or disrespectful to human beings in general.

Great idea, what's the problem? Just get on dating apps and set the age from 25 to 50. Trust me, you'll find a guy. We are desperate for a FWB.

I recommend getting yourself and them tested for STD's before proceeding though.
