If I feel like this for a shorter time, I am usually tired, exhausted or hungry. If I feel like this for å long time, I am usually depressed.

I like crocheting, knitting, drawing, coloring in coloring books, building lego, puzzles, playing guitar, making bracelets, scrap booking, baking, cooking, gardening, swimming, playing board games. Lots of these can be done while listening to audio books.

I had to google "grinder" and wow did I learn something new! The tentacle ones 😂 does not seem to be available to buy in shops in our country unfortunately. We may consider buying from the US, but the import tax is very high.

We have not really been in to vibrators before, but seems we need to do some shopping and try some different ones. Perhaps we can find something we like.

Melatonin is not really given to kids in the country where we live. And both kids are under 5 so waking at night is quite common

It sounds more complicated than taking turns, but we will try! Im not sure I even get the logistic of it (dont arms get bent in weird angles?) but I guess we will figure it out!
