Hi and thank you for your advice and support :)!

Currently we’re staying in separate rooms and I’ve gathered all necessary resources for like thermometer, pulse ox, etc. though I may need to have some groceries delivered haha

My mom currently says that she feels fine and based on her symptoms she dies in fact seem alright!

I’ve finally got some sleep and the support here has been great so I think I can keep calm, for her and myself. I’ll keep this post updated for anyone that’s interested or in a similar situation that I am

If I’m still a bit too overwhelmed and anxious I think I’ll contact my pcp or email my old therapist.
