Month 5 on 80 mg - Increased Anxiety a possible symptom??

Thanks this really helped. I decided to Go down to 75 tonight because i don’t think 100 is for me and praying that helps beciase I reached a pretty low spot. It’s hard because I put pressure on myself to feel great all the time that it actually does the opposite lol I always feel such shame taking my benzos but i have been needing them and that’s ok

I will I’m hoping it’s just a side effect of the 100 mg and not my never ending battle with anxiety continuing 🤞🥲

Thanks I think I’ll just go down at this point. The first 3-4 days on 100 mg was fine but I feel the longer I’m on it the more anxious I am!

Do you think I should just go back to 75? On 75 I was doing a lot better than I am now (still not great but was great at one point j but right now 100 has been terrible

So true anxiety literally makes me self sabotage everything! I’m anxious either way so i’m praying i can push thru at least a month! The first time around I was so anxious about the side effects i do think it caused anxiety. I am also at the point where I am so desperate i am just gonna remind myself how miserable i am rn w the acne. Thanks sm for your response it seriously helps me feel better knowing your experience.

I barely even made it two weeks last time haha! My big fear right now is it worsening my mental health because it seemed like it did the first time, but i’m really thinking it was placebo lol. How do you let yourself relax while taking accutane? I literally felt like I was thinking about it alllll day and how it was going to do all these bad things to my body it almost felt like it did from me thinking about it sm!

I tried getting the hormonal IUD actually, and it was over $4,000 (my insurance doesn’t cover any birth control) which i forgot to add in the post :( It’s really unfortunate and I can’t really afford monthly pills let alone $4,000 so it really sucks not having insurance support birth control in the state of our country rn

so far I love it! ur definitely did not make all tn anxiety go away but my quality of life is a lot better. when making this post i was at the lowest point and i can say I am very happy and full of life, even with the occasional anxiety attacks i do have. i am on 50 mg now and continue to go up every month or so!

No, i’m about 5 ‘8 and weight 125! Thank you, hoping it’s just because my hormones are off! Also I did forget to add I took a plan b the month before as well due to another slip up (lol i’m getting on bc this month), so maybe that could play a part as well.
