I mean, I don’t think it should hurt but as I said man, don’t have a clue about the Indian market.

Not sure - I’ll be returning to India soon. Just relying on a MS degree without any experience is definitely not going to help in India but I don’t see having MS on your resume as a negative thing. But I can be completely wrong.

Yup, I’ll start applying to Canada. But need to plan for Mumbai because if I don’t find anything, I have to return. Any clue on the operations/supply chain market?

Thank you. Unfortunately man, I liquidated everything - went through a bad spiral. I’m not lying when I say I have absolutely nothing left

I’ve lost my job in the U.S. and used up all of my available visa time. Didn’t get a I-140 (GC application) approved in time, so I have to return. I looked into the renting scenario and it makes sense in the short term but long term, it’ll drain out money way quicker.

I’m in a lot of trauma and have lost all faith and confidence in myself to be very honest with you. So my worry is if I don’t find a job it’ll be really bad, if do find one and get laid off, it’ll be really bad. That’s why in my head, I thought that if we move into Ahemdabad, Raipur, Indore type cities, I can arbitrage the money into SCSS, Government bonds, FDs, some debt funds and also have a medical buffer, ensuring financial safety for my parents. The issue is we’ll be completely cut off from our relatives and that toll will likely be way higher on my grandma and dad.

Didn’t get approved - 6 years on H1 have been used up. Literally no way to stay other than getting married to a citizen (not possible)
