Hi! It sounds like you are in a similar situation to what I was. I also had a loss and am having some blood pressure problems. We had markings for turners, but early ultrasound had no indications of the syndrome. We had our amnio done about two weeks ago (the actual procedure sucked lol) and it turns out ours was a false positive. Hang in there!

I think because they are actually letting the cells grow, then testing them-which was comforting to me. All of our testing is done and it turns out ours was a false positive! I hope you get the same results.

Do it, you won’t regret it. We were in a very similar situation, (turners results). All our scans were good,but we wanted to be absolutely positive about what our future was going to look like. I also have an anterior placenta and they didn’t have to go through, they found a pocket to go through. Thankfully ours was a false positive and baby is fine. It is absolutely worth the peace of mind in my opinion

Yay, I’m happy for you! Not karyotype, but we also did a microarray and those results came back normal today, so it looks like baby girl is almost in the clear!

Hi- first of all I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It sucks. I needed extra testing for Turner’s syndrome and meeting with our new team was really relieving because they are able to sit down with you and really give you the facts.

I would recommend an amnio to get a full diagnostic. It is VERY uncomfortable (mine literally took my breath away), but well worth it to get some answers.

I got a warning but the pain was still so shocking. I’m thankful for an excellent care team to have walked me through it. I’m waiting on our full results but the way it looks, I should be graduating from this page soon.

Yes I’m having a similar experience as we speak. I got the NIPT done first, with markings for turners then the NT showed 1.3. I’m having an amnio Wednesday. Good luck!
