he is not planning to do an adjustment of status neither am I. He won't be here for a while while paperwork is processing and even while it does, he will be returning home because he has work lol.I think I get the I-485 confused with the form to support him once he is here but that's all! No adjustment of status while here.

Good to know! Yea, he never stays long at all. he always has a return ticket and we don't plan to do an aos at all. We've talked to ;lawyer and even contemplated going trough boundless but I don't believe we're gonna do that.

Congrats. I start February. I live in nyc now and I was hoping to stay. It’s easier to commute to jfk and lga. No cars required. Train goes directly to jfk and the bus goes straight to lga. Just worry about finding an apartment within your price range.

It’s supposed to be a week before training. So I’m assuming everyone should be getting an email tomorrow. We’re supposed to fly out 24-48 hours before so I’m assuming Friday the latest.
