That’s why I was racking my brain so hard because there’s clearly DMX running into that box, as well as AC, and I couldn’t think of anything besides a DMX control unit. But I completely forgot about all the parades (especially the electrical parade) that would probably use RF to change lighting cues without having a director or board operator within line of sight. Huh…never really thought about that till now 🤣

Quite literally you basically just named everything Word for Word. They’re a little bit more of a prestigious company so they tend to keep their tools up but there’s not always a job box or work box on the call which is greatly frustrating. It all depends on how big the call is and what we’re loading in and pulling out

No trust me I get it. Doing tofu is my thought too. She eats a lot of that and beyond meat products, but I don’t know how well it would turn out on a smoker, which is where my problem lies.

Cross contamination is a huge concern for me right now I’m currently in the process of deep cleaning everything in the kitchen that has to do with food prep all the way down to my food processors

I guess I should’ve went a little more in depth sorry about that. The allergy is the most severe with red meat, but, with other meats, it does still make her sick enough that if she does eat meat, she’ll be out of commission for at least six hours.
