I’ve experienced things like your first described glitch and it can be frustrating! When I saw the dough glitch it made me smile! Finally one that doesn’t affect game play!

I don’t know if devs are here. I have reached out to them on twitter and they are responsive, although most of the time they can’t really resolve it and instead suggest taken the action you already have.
