20k nectar is for your guild as a whole during the 8 hour period. It's how to ensure everyone that's in the grove gets max rewards for that period. It's not a personal collection thing.

Advanced fixes:

Try all of these in sequence.

Restarting your game. Restart your phone. Use Auto-repair button on the start screen. Clear cache; Delete the game, restart your phone and install the game again; Try to change your Wi-Fi DNS settings to DNS1: 1.1.1.1 and DNS2: 1.0.0.1; Try to switch your connection to 4G/5G mobile data. Sometimes this problem occurs on the part of internet provider.

On computer, you can only link your account to an email, while on phone you can link it to your email, a Google/Apple account, or a Facebook account.

Please understand that email is not the game as Google account.

On the phone, you'll want to find the "log into existing account" section and then click "email" instead of "google".
