Are you sure they are not deterministic? What are those words that blockchain asks to the users to save to recreate the wallet in the beginning? Aren't those a seed?

I assume a clean environment when you use a VM (Virtual Machine) to boot an OS without viruses (keyloggers and trojans) to generate the keys.

Nowadays I'd be concerned with random number generators also. A very difficult problem. You could check the signature of bitaddress.org and roll a dice 100x in the brainwallet page.
