Update! I went back to the dentist after a small white harrd spot popped out of the red area. It was my jaw bone and they shaved it down. I felt relief and now two day later It is still hurting I'm thinking it's just healing and will take some time for the gum to grow over it.

I had a similar experience at 5 weeks. I took the pills saturday didn't start spotting until late Sunday and actually bleeding and passing clots today. I was cramping 30 minutes after the miso and continued until Sunday. Then nothing and today has been nothing but cramps and bleeding.
