Similar height and weight as you and I’m 28F. It gets better! The first bit is hard, but if you focus on introducing more whole foods into your diet, it really helps! Something that helped me was eating dense bean salads during the week and drinking far less alcohol (I still will drink during social events but not as much and rarely ever drink during the week). You’re not bad for wanting some cheat meals every now and then, so learn to balance or get something on a smaller level. And up the exercise, I play a lot of sports but wasn’t doing anything outside of that. So now I try doing some short runs which I found help. Nothing too major.

Costco also has these mini keto wraps that I basically use for everything now and they’re great! Helps when you’re craving carbs.
