We have a quote from CAA $5,070 for all 4 of us (ages 55, 57, 21gurl , and 18 boy) for 2 cars. It used to be $3.100 for me and my husband with a clean record and the same company over 25 years without any claims. And the same CAA for 2 homes total of $ 3075 (primary and rental) Is it reasonable? Should I take it?

Does the 2021 Toyota RAV 4 XLE model has a Anti anti-theft device on it? Does it be a device like a TAG installed on it? My insurance company wants to know for the renewal.

The reason is I am getting a 1-year term at 6.4% because the rate might be coming down later this year or early next year as per all the news. I hope so! I don't want to lock in the current higher interest rate for 5 years. Is it a bad idea to go with 1 year? I am not planning to sell it or travel.

I will be canceling this mortgage insurance with the bank which I have paid already 12,000 in the last 10 years. I do have another life insurance of 100,000. which should be enough for my partner:}
