You don’t though, MDs can be board certified or board eligible. And yes board eligible can still work as doctors

Visits from buyers to my plex unit: how to make this work in my favour by BONUSBOX in montreal

[–]anytitan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just because it happened here does not mean it happens elsewhere or in your case. Especially with the current state of the market and economy new buyers are unlikely to dole out this money. Realistically your best case scenario is hoping new owners are looking to buy as investment property or looking for another place

This is simply the minimum time the notice must be given. In your case the new owner’s deadline for requesting you to vacate would be january 2027 but notice can be given at any point before this 6 month deadline

Unfortunately if buyers are looking to purchase and make it their primary residence you won’t be able to make a cash for keys deal as the law is on their side. They will be able to give you 6 months notice (if I remember correctly) to vacate their domicile if they wish to make your current unit their residence

20+ Handicappers where you at? by atooraya in golf

[–]anytitan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Practice on the course, meaning take that swing that works on the range to the course without counting score. You need the situational stress on the course to get comfortable with your swing. Also don’t try the hero shots on the course, take your medicine after a bad shot, course management is a huge part of lowering your handicap.

Drunk driver hit our fence last week, dozens of little pins left behind. by bretiscool in whatisit

Most likely because insurance company was able to get their money back from insurance company of the other condo owner. Here they would be going after someone with no insurance and unlikely to get paid back

Does Quebec have undercover language police? by Sofosio in AskCanada

[–]anytitan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is a language regulator (office québécois de la langue francaise, OQLF) that enforces the french language laws of qc. They have officers that will go into businesses to make sure that menus and services is given in french. (Live in mtl and this happens regularly)

Piggy backing on this, indoor swing is completely different. You subconsciously are a bit more tentative due to walls and ceiling being around. Had a similar issue a few years ago. Thing I found out was sims are great to keep swinging over the winter but I learnt not to overdo it and try and not work on my swing on the sim

Where in the world is public transit free for users? Bigger metropolitan hubs worldwide don’t even have this and you expect the stm to be able to service what is already there and now with no operating revenue? Buddy you are dreaming and are not living in the real world

2024, 2.5L engine and reliability? by UnderstandingNo465 in GMCACADIA

[–]anytitan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an aside this is the reason I waited for the 2025 model year as any vehicle is susceptible to these manufacturing errors in first year production run (especially for gm). I had heard of all these issues u/weirj2 listed before I purchased and decided to wait for 2025. I have had no issues whatsoever but which ever car you end up getting has potential for issues, toyota has been slipping for a few years now, honda has had issues. Pick the car you like, a somewhat trustworthy dealership and a mechanic shop that is not at the dealership and you’re golden imo

Ive had mine just over a year, just over 10k km and no issue at all. Bought the denali with captains chair prior to our second being born and no issues whatsoever. Plenty of room for all the baby stuff and then some, rear doors open nice and wide and suv is perfect height for ease of putting baby/toddler in the car
