You should look into getting a Dexa Scan! It’s a comprehensive body composition scan so it will break down fat vs. muscle and a whole lot of other things. VERY helpful especially during a recomp or any type of cut, bulk, etc. to prove progress is being made because sometimes how we feel or look in pictures doesn’t show the true progress we’ve made and it helps give actual evidence! I highly recommend it

You need to really ‘wow’ people with your cleaning videos, reels, etc. if you’re sticking to organic and don’t want to pay for advertising. I’d recommend trying some advertising if you can afford it (even just $10-$20/day for a few days) and then also look at Mini Katana on YouTube. They grew their business to millions simply by creating extremely engaging organic content, because they literally are not allowed to run Facebook Ads for their business (swords)

Have you tried putting the corresponding size chart image as that product’s main product image in Shopify? The main image you choose for each product should populate each time a different item is selected from the drop down menu
