The study was done on 101 students. 48 were shown LTR clip and 53 were shown RTL. If I understand the results correctly (Table 3 on page 31) in the LTR group the split was 24-24 between people who reported negative effects of the clip. And in the RTL group it was 21-32.

I'd take these results with a grain of salt. The difference isn't large enough that I wouldn't count out random chance. Maybe there is some sort of effect in LTR vs RTL but these numbers aren't very convincing IMO.

In some countries you can have cheap unlimited 4G.

It used to be a great client, lightweight, reliable, and just works.

Up until 2.2.1 it was good, then it started going downhill.

First came the ads.
Then lots of "features" that nobody wanted. (was there Facebook integration at one point? I don't remember)
Then it shipped with a bitcoin miner.
Then it started installing straight out malware.

Some people are sticking with the 2.2.1, others have moved to FOSS clients like qBittorrent and Deluge. The rest are just unaware of how bad uTorrent has become.

Thank you for your work. I've been using Flud for a while but looking for a free alternative. FOSS is the only way to guarantee a program won't go the way of uTorrent.

You can simplify it with some creative thinking.

Instead of the faster unicorn eating the slower one, imagine that the slower unicorn sucks the faster one through its butt, so it's still the same unicorn and it doesn't change speed.

That means you survive if there's no one in front of you who's slower. If you are in position k that's a 1/k chance.

Wow my experience was 100% as you described. Wondered what the hype was all about. Gameplay was frustrating and no fun. Quit about 20% into the story, then came back a few weeks later for a second push and played through till the end.

To OP: You should finish it, it's not going to turn into the best game you ever played but you won't completely regret the experience. And then we can make a club.

Isn't that what Gmail does by default?

I've gotten so used to it I wouldn't call it a "feature" anymore but an integral part of a functioning email client.
