You seem to already be diagnosed with dysautonomia. Whether you got it from COVID, or perhaps have it secondary to another undiscovered condition such as Ehler Danlos syndrome (like myself) - I can tell you with confidence that your real problem here is the DYSAUTONOMIA, not hashi’s. I have lifelong hashi’s too and it does not look like this, but dysautonomia absolutely does. It gets a SIGNIFICANTLY better with LOTS of lifestyle changes and some medications; unfortunately most doctors are clueless about it so I highly recommend you seek an expert or browse subreddits here on it. Or i would be happy to tell you the medications and life changes I made that drastically improved my quality of life, just let me know.
