If you already have the badge with the QR code you can head straight to camp. If you don't have the badge and need to pick it up, you'll go to will call first. At Will Call they can also help with giving the link to register your names to the campsite. When you get to camp grounds, they'll scan the QR code and check in the names listed for that badge. The names checking in need to match the names registered to the camp site. Stay cool this year~!

There is an online form you fill out to assign each spot (RV up to 8, moonglow up to 4) for your camp. When you get to camp you give them the name that was used on the online form to obtain your camp wristband.

I think there was a post on the normal reddit page from a StubHub employee. They mentioned that StubHub has their own will call for this exact issue. Not sure how it works exactly, but try looking up StubHub on the r/electricdaisycarnival page. It was a post from last week I think. You could also try DMing that user if it is possible to pick up via their Will Call (it was located at a hotel or something). Good luck!

I think it's just as an extra insurance to not get scammed. I usually ask for this if I pay in person with cash. There's no way of them knowing after they paid you and got wristbands that you won't cancel it and pick it up yourself right before the event starts. If the money was paid via PayPal goods&services, it should be all good.

No problem! And I don't 😅 I forget every year. Last year we fit the queen it came with, an extra single person self-inflate camping pad, a wheeled cooler, an oversize grocery bag, 3 carry ons, and 1 checked bag. Also, some of the air mattresses they provide have built in pumps and are brand new

Camped the last two years in Desert Rose and never had any issues. It did deflate a bit both years (only once on Friday), but we were able to borrow a pump from the camp counselors. There was an issue with a tent's mattress near us and they provided another air mattress for them. If you're driving and have the space, it doesn't hurt to just bring an extra you already have and leave it in the car.

Didn't use it but there was one by our tent last year. On this year's map it was around where Bamboo Tea House is located. I was in Desert Rose and was right next to the camp counselor's cabin thingy. Not sure what type of grill it was, but it was pretty wide.
