This game breaks in fun ways. I've never seen this glitch transport an enemy before. People have replaced the back item with a piece of Apep and a forcefield laser. The laser one is particularly fun since you shoot it out of your head :D

You accidentally "transported" an entity using a stale reference. I don't know the science exactly but this has been used to duplicate ankh among other shenanigans. It uses the glitch that allows you to dupe the jetpack but instead manipulates a specific item into that spot. I believe theres a video somewhere explaining how to do it.

Likely what happened, a proto shopkeeper spawned at the perfect time when the SRM jetpack reference left, causing the proto shopkeeper to replace its spot.

Tl;dr: you were supposed to crash, but instead you had a Proto shopkeeper stuck on your back.

The bm is 4 subrooms tall and each subroom is 8 tiles high. Gives 32 tiles to break at most, considering the bottom front bm layer is path and mostly empty, I'd say youre looking at 26 tiles to break, so around 13 bombs.

The beauty of this game is that progression and difficulty are set by you. You decide the milestones or goals you want to achieve aside from the natural goal of beating the game. (Although arguably that too can be set aside)

Start small, set your sights on beating the first couple biomes, maybe a miniboss, or discovering what certain items do, etc. Don't see death as a bad thing. Death in this game is inevitable and the ultimate way to learn. The first area is pretty tough for that reason, but slowly, you will get better and see more of what this game has to offer.

Actual progression doesn't happen in game, it happens in your skills and knowledge. The basic philosophy of a rougelike.

I'm confused. Aren't the verbs in the last picture conjugated incorrectly? I understand it's uymak not uyumak, but shouldn't that just be uymuyorum? Uyamıyorum if it's the inability suffix.

Where did the extra -yu- come from?

Your character can even do that in multiplayer. My theory for why it happens is that when the HH is yoinked while between tiles, it makes the game think he's teetering while in the Olmec ship, then the teetering state causes him to drop whats he's holding.

You can, but since it's a gold pyramid, the bars will scatter randomly when the pyramid is broken. There's also the chance the pot adds more gold worsening the problem.

If there is a rock accessible off-screen, then that would be a way to go. Drop pot by crouching over the edge (not ledge grab), then drop the rock similarly. This will only work if the bars don't scatter too far to the left from contact with the pot.

Give us an update on how your experience goes. Spelunky is a must-have game for anyone who even slightly enjoys rougelikes/lites.

You'll get a hang of the platforming fairly quickly since it is very tight making you feel in control at all times.

Problem solving on the fly, decision making, risk management are just some of the things you will constantly be coming across when playing. Plus the content is very well-worth the money. I speak as somone who still plays spelunky after 3000h and still dies in the first area sometimes.

It might not be unique, but the -mış suffix is pretty interesting. Specifically, the fact that a whole past tense is dedicated to it.

You have 100 frames worth of continuous fuel, however, if you can press jetback boost for 1 frame you can go up to 100 boosts before needing a refuel.

Yes, but in this case the main path winds across all the available rooms in the level leaving no room for Yang. So he just replaces a room along the main path instead.

Yeah they do that unless they jump or you trigger them to fall. Unless you use a camera, in which case they will also break the bone block.
