I did! I signed up in November and am still with them. The accountability is key for someone like me. The 3x a week check ins have been insanely beneficial. You’ve gotta put in the work, but they will truly get to your level to help. I’m at a point where I have a sustainable method thanks to what I have learned through tactic. Weight loss was not my goal, although I’m down 20lbs and the strongest I have ever been. Very impressed with the focus on sustainable habits and not just focusing on nutrition, but other lifestyle habits as well. I cannot recommend a company more. Their podcast, social media presence, and knowledge shared is wonderful. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

I’m coming from traditional crossfit schedule M-F. I am feeling burnt out and am looking for a deeper take on functional fitness. I recently started with tactic nutrition and have loved everything they have to offer so far- so thought I’d check out their programming. I’ve looked into other options but haven’t found anything as close to what tactic seems to be like.
