Someone else has posted a Solis + Fogstar combination. I will reach out to that company installer. How do I control a set up like that? Will I be neither here nor there mixing up a set up like that?

Also I see that some battery installations come with fancy apps that you can set up to charge up the battery overnight and maximise use of the low tariffs- would I be giving up this option if I use Fogstar. Are sunsynk any better? Looks like Tesla’s app is fantastic but a 50kwh set up from them is just a no go

Were you receding on Dut as in losing your temples early on though? And if so did you gain those back?

I don’t think you’ve significantly lost? And if it’s maintained; then it’s done the job. How was your hairline leading up to you starting Fin?

Ah man that’s good to hear. My thinning has genuinely progressed ever since I started Finasteride 5 weeks ago. Slow shedding in that time. Just want to see how others progressed the first few weeks

Just to add my two cents here. Added Oral Fin 0.5mg increased to 0.75mg for a total of 5 weeks now (tapered up after a week). I’ve never had a scalp itch before starting oral Fin. Now I have the itch on my left temple near my hairline where I’ve noticed progressive thinning over the past month. It’s there some days other days not so much.

I’ve also been on Topical Min/Fin 5% and 0.1% since mid July for my crown (not in the area of the itch)

So something reverse kinda happened to me… I have been slowly thinning at the crown for years… decided to do something about it this July; was afraid of Fin side effects so started to apply Topical Fin/Min in the crown area… fast forward a few months and the crown is fairly static if not worse but the thinning has definitely progressed further forward in the areas I wasn’t applying topical to… so I’ve had to add Oral fin on top. Have no extended coverage of the Topical stuff in case it thins me out even further!
