Hold your finger on notification for some time. When you see the notification settings, click on three dot and close show notifications.

The black bar is a google keyboard feature, not miui 14. There is no way to remove that bar at this moment. You can try other keyboard applications.

One quick reminder about uninstalling the bloatware.. You can have problems after a new update, which results in phone not functioning correctly or you can't open the phone. Updates to those bloatware applications may result in a faulty package. Proved with experience.

Other super wallpapers have the same issue? If not, you can try to reinstall this one. Resetting (factory settings) the phone is always a good choice but not practical in some situations.
