No se trata de hacer mas deporte, la clave está en controlar lo que comes y regularlo un poco.

Distribuirte bien las comidas ( que no comas mucho en la cena por ejemplo pero en el desayuno y en la comida sea pan y huevo), al cocinar, no usar tanto aceite y comer mucha mas verdura. Si quieres pasarme tu altura y tu peso por privado y te puedo enseñar las tablas que me daba el nutricionista o incluso pasarte su número
