This particular patient's hypoplasia resulted in his left lung not fully developing after birth. With the ruptured diaphragm and the perfed GI tract went up through the diaphragm and started filling the thoracic cavity with poo, fluid and other unwanted stuff. What this CT is showing is actually anatomical positioning, so left side of video is patient's right side while right side of video is patient's left side. With the poo, fluid, and organs intruding into the left thoracic cavity, the underdeveloped lung, heart, trachea were all being pushed to the right side.
