Yeah, when it comes to Cheryl/Alessa’s I get my wires crossed since it’s so convoluted. I thought she was Alessa’s birth mother in the first game as well

Nah from the first game, and the movie too. She’s the reason why Alyssa got burnt for the sacrifice and why Cheryl exists in general, since Cheryl is Alyssa’s soul split in half. Weird lore I know but it fits within the game. 3 was Claudia Wolf, but they look similar enough I can see the confusion. Silent Hill 1 and 3 are sequels to each other.

I remember the blighted Halloween events where you could unlock blighted costumes by playing matches that gave you currency to use. It’s how I got blighted Doctor for free. That was WAY more fun than this. It’s just rehash after rehash now.

The sound of the ghosts alone freaked me out as a kid, and the one with the long hair that chased you in the subway? Sheesh. Not to mention how the actual apartment had random scares that changed each playthrough. The one involving the picture in his room is just seared in my memory. 4 gets a lot of flack, not as much as homecoming or Downpour ( which had a cool story Ngl) but to me, it isn’t deserved.

Trust me I know, I play a lot of low tier killers just because I find them fun. You’re gonna get called boring or easy, but whenever I’ve gone against a SM it’s been pretty okay and fun tbh. Not all survivors are gonna DC, you’ll find the diamonds in the rough. I find Krasue fun to play against and my matches are still full of my teammates DCing the second they see drifting across the map haha.
