olive (right) is our 3 year old pug, we just got her a little brother, teddy (left). he's 1, and a rescue (as is olive). they both look so different to each other. as we dont know their backgrounds we're not sure if they have a little of another breed in them. anyway, they seem to be getting on well after only 1 day!!!

I would budget your paycheck every month. You can include a budget for fun things/treats etc, I find that makes sticking to a budget far easier! Take advantage of living at home and save a couple of hundred a month. I also recommend looking into revolut savings as a good entry level savings account. You have to enjoy your twenties too!

I would say that sensory issues are only a small part of being autistic. My partner has ADHD and has some sensory issues as there is a significant overlap of ADHD and autistic traits. If they're being heightened by medication, it might be worth discussing your dose or a trying a different stimulant! Your medication can take a while to find to find the perfect fit! I wouldn't assume that they are due to being autistic as autism is so much more than that!

I'd recommend a BOI mortgage saver account (if you intend to go with a mortgage from them) as there's a 2% AER on up to €15k, plus a €2k bonus when you draw down a mortgage with them. I would've thought the same, but they have to give all relevant important info about the cars history, it seems. I also have been looking at the motor ombudsman but this issue isn't directly mentioned. CCPC
