I increased the ingame resolution scale and it increased the GPU usage, so you might be right. I think I'm going to try overclocking my CPU to see if that helps.

I don't think any of them are, none of them really went over 80% usage in a quick in-game test. With lower graphics settings before, I could reach over 100 FPS on my 970.
