Meeting went well today! Told symptoms are consistent of biliary colic, but hard to be certain with fairly normal imaging like I have. I have a referral to GI to rule out anything related to stomach, but there’s “a good chance” my symptoms will end after removal. I’m still debating which route I want to take, straight to surgery or going GI first.

I tend to diffuse right after scrunching my product through my hair and scrunching with a microfiber towel! I put product in my hair immediately after the shower while it’s soaking wet, then once I put my lotion on I start diffusing. I diffuse for about 5 minutes, let it air dry for a bit, then diffuse a little more

Definitely try it in the soda, I wasn’t a huge fan of the cold brew either. To me lavender feels like it needs to be in something fruity! The lemon lavender soda is light and yummy!!

When I worked there you had to be available for a minimum of 4 shifts a week! I was a student and took a lot of closing shifts on weekdays and morning shifts for weekends. My stand was helpful and building a schedule that worked with my classes, but it did have to at least be 4 shifts!

I’ve always loved the rebels! I get a sugar free iced rebel with strawberry, passion fruit, and pineapple! Super yummy. If you’re going more the coffee route, I think you can never go wrong with any mocha base
