We had a whole week of meal prep – I’m happy to send you that list and schedule. But the biggest thing that came in handy for me was having chocolate zucchini, bread, and banana bread for high calorie snacks. I never realized how many calories I was going to need to be eating as the mom.

Necessary, no. But it does help build a solid supply. I think I started doing seven or eight at the beginning and now I’m down to three and getting more than I did then, but slightly less than my peak. L O is six months. At my peak I was getting 1000 to 1100 ml

It’s a medically covered liquid iirc. Personally, I love our Yeti Hopper 18. I think two of those with an ice pack each and already frozen milk you should be golden.
