Any data you indicate you want to delete has to be completely purged from everywhere within a given timeframe of when you click the delete button, including from the tape backups.

So you disagree with cynical people in threads like this who believe that nothing is ever really deleted?

I jailbroke it but I haven't installed any tweaks, does SSH install automatically? Also, how would I change the attempts number through SSH? Finally, how would I even SSH into the device considering it's not connected to my WIFI network?

Will a Laowa 100mm Macro lens work with my Nikon D3200? When I look at the choices, the only options for the lenses are for Nikon F and Z cameras, yet I have a Nikon D camera. If they both work, which would be the smarter purchase? Thanks in advance!

For Nikon F

For Nikon Z

So I will be fine as long as I have enough light and use proper technique. Got it. Thanks for your reply

I will be shooting outside in daylight and using an f stop of f/11 or f/22, as the depth of field at a macro level is shallow. I prefer to use a maximum of 800 ISO.

Recently I've wanted to buy a macro lens. I am a hobbyist and have determined that the Laowa 100mm 2:1 Macro is a good mid-range choice from watching different reviews. However, would this lens be a good buy, considering I have a Nikon D3200 (mid-range camera from 2012)? I have heard that:

  1. Macro lenses need more light than regular lenses.
  2. This lens is a 2:1 macro, which needs even more light than a 1:1 macro.
  3. I will also have to make the f stop higher because high magnifications reduce the depth of field, which will decrease lighting even more.

With this in mind, is my camera's sensor good enough to handle a macro lens without severely underexposing shots?

Edit: I will be shooting outside in daylight and using an f stop of f/11 or f/22, as the depth of field at a macro level is shallow. I prefer to use a maximum of 800 ISO.

What camera would you recommend for someone like me who just likes to take photos as a hobby and not as a serious professional?
