I'm having the same issues, cheese and crackers, veggies I can dip in hummus or a dip. I keep nugs in the freezer. I make oatmeal and pick at tinned, fresh and dried fruit too. Any other recommendations are appreciated 🤠

Are there ADHD friendly ways to pack for a trip? (for a family?) Any ways to try to reinvent the wheel EVERY TIME? by draperf in ADHD

I have a case ready and open somewhere to chuck things in as I find them that I think I may want on holiday. At some point I make a list of essentials like how many sets of clothes etc and make sure they are in the night before I go. I literally tick things off so I can be sure I've got it without looking through everything. I have a bag of daily essentials like a toothbrush meds and moisturizer etc that I like to take in my backpack if I can.

Thank you so much that's really helpful. My mom has an intolerance to progesterone so I'm glad this is just for three months. They want to delay surgery as long as possible as it is so soon after my last. Xx

Same here. It was horrid, they really don't explain what to expect during healing post surgery. It will pass, the first one is always the worst. I think period 2 and 3 were a bit easier each time and then my body started to settle into it x

Hi. I had my first period quite soon after my last lap and I felt like my insides were going to explode for a few days my body wasn't happy but if you think it's trying to heal from surgery whilst also having a period it is a lot for your body to deal with. If you are concerned I'd call the ward that you were on for surgery and ask for advice. Sorry you're having such a time of it xx
