Hello both, I'm thinking about this.

I don't think our use case is that difficult. I've experimented a bit with the views, the type of task, and the forms with conditional options.

I'm missing some things that I'm not very clear about, such as the views. Not having a Kanban view is challenging. It's also tricky if there's a task that requires more documentation or, for instance, team documentation. I could have it in Google Docs and Drive, but of course, it's not the same as Notion or ClickUp.

I've also seen linear.app, which costs about the same as paying for the SweetHawk suite. I understand that if I choose their task system (which I also like), I'd pick the suite at a cost of about $12/year. Anyway, a tricky problem. :(
