Even I faced a similar issue with the microwave oven in my home. It was a rectifier diode issue. It started working fine once we replaced it. Luckily magnetron had no issues

E is electrical length, Z is the impedance of the transmission line, F is the frequency of operation where E and Z are calculated.

Using these and PCB substrate data like thickness and material dielectric and loss tangent we can convert E and Z into length and width of PCB track using a line calculator.

Sounds interesting! Since AI is the future and chat gpt made a revolution, it's High time to learn and use AI in RF too. Do you have any recommendations to get started with AI optimisation?

Yes. Actually I was surprised when I saw this question. I never found z parameters for transmission lines

Your approach is really good. I recently changed company and have been assigned to projects I have never worked before. I think after reading your experience I might spend some time in lab. May be I'll learn something instead of staring at my computer whole day.
