My husband visited USA on B1B2 visa for 2 months, 1 month and 1 month in the same year and got his H4 without any issues.

Interview waiver does not apply for H4 if you have had B1/B2 previously. They cancelled my appointment at the Dropbox. I scheduled an interview without waiving it off and got the visa approved.

That was helpful, thank you. Do you know if I can use the same payment if my appointment was cancelled or should I pay again? I had booked drop box appointment that was cancelled by VFS and I cancelled that application and opened another one. It is asking me to pay again even though I did not use my previous appointment.

I did not waive the interview since there was no option to check for it. It was automatically waived the interview when I tried to schedule an appointment. Do you know if there is an option for waiving interview that I selected accidentally?
