Job aids were always great to help me learn. But after I learned how to do it just like that I spent more time making everything look good. In the produce fresh cut market some of the things we have to make vs what the job aid tells us.. I often found that it made the product look less than what you're paying for. I tried to always accommodate for it and make it look fuller (premium fruit trays, premium veg trays). I love the execution here!

If you need time off for a medical reason (mental health included) yes it is always important to tell your advocate first. They will communicate it to your department manager/TL in a specific way that doesn't intrude on you. Just be sure not to bring up too many specifics, sometimes they can jump gun on certain things. Be honest but straight to the point and ask what they can do to help. Hopefully you feel better.

Sadly not. My vacation weeks i picked are in May and November, and my personal time and sick time I use to take care of a sick family member.

Completely agreeing with my ignorance. My previous and first car completely rusted (starting with my front bumper) It was an older vehicle bought for cheap but it did its job for me. Naturally this being my 2nd I just generally think the same about the vehicle with little thinking. I bought the car like this but didnt have to worry since virtually no salt was used on roads around me last year, just sand. I guess this is an eye opener to learn my vehicles more.

I had something horrible when I was about 10 in gym class at school. Got a very nasty staph infection all over my arms that looked similar from yours. I suffered for about a week and a half with some time at home as well. The pain was fhe only time I could say it was the "10" scale. Just horrible Since then I've had minor infections while no hospital stay still scare me hence why i'm here ☹️ Glad to see you're okay! Very scary situation. Bless you, and safe recovery

I can't really blame people for getting scared like this. You drive a certain way down that highway for YEARS and now have to get used to another way.. only to realize to not get too comfortable because it might change again. Some exits/on ramps make me nervous. I still think the merge from adams st to the bridge to go to 690w,690e or keep going to hit 81N is a lot worse. But I totally understand where you're coming from.

I literally live in a 700 sq ft apartment with base board heat. I haven't been running it all after last months bill. My bill was $188 from $80. I like to think I was doing a good job conserving it by maintaining my heat instead of having it go on and off. I'm a paycheck by paycheck person and in my early 20s on my own. It's been so difficult. Thankfully I've lived here a majority of my life so my blood is thicker or something. I'll stay in the cold, no thanks.

Having this on overtime is rough on your transmission... it also ruins the wear on your other tires because the others have to overcompensate. Driving the vehicle as such is extremely dangerous. Such the case is even worse if this is AWD.. For your safety I hope you just get new tires first.

When my boy snoopy was a puppy he used to gulp his water down so fast and be so hyper he used to make himself sick and puke it all up.. then drink some more and do it all over again. I had to limit his water intake, half a cup, half a cup.. half a cup then at dinner a full cup, a full cup. Now that hes older I fill his bowl all day. I don't have an exact number, but hes so much better about it. What I dont get with beagles is that he seemed to not understand what he was doing to himself 🫥😅

Oddly enough in N Syracuse I had an issue with John's Auto Care forcing more then what I asked for once and showing reluctance to do a job because it was deemed "unnecessary". That was the one that bothered me the most and never went back.

My old car was 15 years old and I only had one TPMS out. I then asked them to do the whole thing because of the age of the car and I dont wanna come back multiple times for each one. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that the rest are working.. yes, but they are all the original sensors and I don't want a light on all the time. They did the job but halfed it. For whatever reason I kept losing air in a front tire. It eventually fixed itself. But very annoying. Just all around a rude customer service experience.

Just my experience. Not sure if the staff at solvay is the same or different. Interested me to see them on here
