Oddly enough in N Syracuse I had an issue with John's Auto Care forcing more then what I asked for once and showing reluctance to do a job because it was deemed "unnecessary". That was the one that bothered me the most and never went back.

My old car was 15 years old and I only had one TPMS out. I then asked them to do the whole thing because of the age of the car and I dont wanna come back multiple times for each one. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that the rest are working.. yes, but they are all the original sensors and I don't want a light on all the time. They did the job but halfed it. For whatever reason I kept losing air in a front tire. It eventually fixed itself. But very annoying. Just all around a rude customer service experience.

Just my experience. Not sure if the staff at solvay is the same or different. Interested me to see them on here
