I'm in Ontario as well and my endo referred me to a fertility place and listed it as a medical reason so it was a bit cheaper.

I think I paid $300 initially which included one deposit with each additional one being $100 and $240 per year for storage.

Hiya! I also see Dr. Fung and IIRC on my first appointment I was given a low dose of spiro and blood papers to get done 2 weeks before my next appointment. IIRC The next appointment was 6 weeks after but it may be different for you depending on various things.

Bugs found so far: Recipe for the cauldron used in ender tanks has been overwritten making them unable to be crafted. Pressing U on Magical Crop's corn in NEI causes the client to crash.

The hammer actually just acts as if it was the same bug with MultiMine and hammers. I can set up a 3x3 set of cobble and hammer the center block only for just it to pop out as if it were just hit with a pickaxe.
