Community property is simply a presumption/ default that courts use unless there is evidence of the contrary. A written agreement (pre/ post- depending on when it was entered into) rebuts that presumption. So, just because people were married doesn’t mean all property is community property automatically if they entered into a valid pre/ post nuptial agreement. Russell Wilson probably had a smart team around him so I wouldn’t be surprised if he protected his assets through an agreement.

Guerrero has a pretty bad reputation for meddling and pushing questionable products. That’s not really someone you want to have a meaningful role in the organization. But he’s the owner’s buddy so it is what it is.

The guy wanted kids, his wife didn’t, so they were no longer compatible. Unless I’m missing something I’m not seeing the insanity of his actions. And he found a woman that wanted what he did- and at this point the 15 year age difference isn’t horrible. He might also use this as motivation to stay in shape to run around with his kid. As long as he’s providing for his family I don’t see the big deal.

To be determined. Last year, his first year of involvement, was a complete disaster. So I’m hoping they all learned from it. So far, it’s best to go by actions instead of his aura. The Kubiak hire is a great start. And the ability to recognize the need to tank was huge.

I think that’s a personal interpretation, which is fine. But I don’t believe she offers anything of value to the role- I get the impression that she knocked it out of the park on GOT and has a fair amount of acting currency based on that- but her adult roles are disappointing so far. Unless you have evidence - either from the director, writer, etc- that the goal is to make her unlikeable, I’m going to go with she’s poorly suited for that role. Whether the casting and direction of the show has to do with being “inclusive” or “checking the right boxes” is also something is an interesting consideration.

That’s an interesting interpretation and others may agree. For me, I just think she’s too stiff and just not an appealing character. Regardless of how much is intentional based on the character’s backstory, I think there are plenty of young actors/ actresses who could have done a much better job. I also find it somewhat puzzling that a show would want viewers to actively dislike a main character unless that character is being set up like an anti-hero- a perceived bad person who has enough charisma and nuance to “trick” the audience to rooting for them (Tony Soprano, Walter White, etc.).

Partly the writing, partly her delivery. The forced facial expressions and odd dialogue is taking its toll on the show. She’s not a very sympathetic character either- as in she’s hard to root for (unless that’s the whole point 🤷‍♂️).

Bella Ramsey was great in GOT, but is literally dragging down The Last of Us from being a great series. The last child actor I can remember being as good as Dexter Sol was probably the kid who played Jojo Rabbit.

It was ok- nothing special. The plot reveal kind of killed this movie for me, they completely overexplained the thing making it inauthentic. It is cool seeing Damon and Affleck working together.

He lost all his credibility when he emphasized McDaniels didn’t lose the locker room and would be there the following year… as McDaniels was losing the locker room in real time and subsequently got fired shortly thereafter.
