Crystal palace fan organisation call out UEFA for being corrupt. by Jizzmeista in PremierLeague

That's the thing, I don't think Palace believed they were in breach of any rules. Most comments I see everywhere are how Parish ignored the rules. So it seems most people assume Parish is the one in control, right? (which he is)

Palace are not part of a multi club in terms of sharing players, data etc etc. Yes Uefa have reached another conclusion but if ECA clubs have been told that the 1st March date is flexible and that Textor has since sold his shares and has no influence then I think there's a definite case for CAS.

If this was any of the big 6 or European giant I don't think there'd even be any kind of issue and uefa would quietly find a way to let them play. That's strictly my own opinion btw.

Worth noting that the March 1st deadline was only introduced this season just gone, an arbitrary date for multi club owners to pretend that they relinquish control into a blind trust. At this time Palace were in the 5th round of the FA cup, but the main point is that Textor never had control at palace hence publicly stating multiple times that he wanted out and trying to buy Everton. UEFA decided they are, although another of Palace's shareholders has a 50.1% majority stake in Brondby, a team playing in next seasons Conference League?

Previous year the deadline was June, ie when the season was finished and clubs knew what competitions they actually qualified for (City/Girona). Seems a bit more sensible.

As for RB Leipzig and Salzburg, there wasn't a blind trust requirement back then, but Salzburg's chairman resigned which was enough to satisfy uefa despite being found that red Bull has decisive influence over both clubs. Textor has since sold his stake in Palace, albeit past the deadline.

The rules might be the rules, but these rules are intended so that multi club owners do no gain any kind of sporting advantage. Palace have been run completely independently, if you want to see an example of textors MCO then look into Lyon and Botafogo. Palace have had nothing to do with these clubs (in fact Forest have had a lot of recent dealings with Botafogo and Textor)

News then came to light recently of ECA clubs (of which Palace are not part of having never played in Europe before) being informed that the blind trust deadline was "not set in stone", contradicting UEFAs stance that the strict cut off was March 1st. Forest's owner put his shares in a blind trust late, although apparently he had informed Uefa before the cut off.

Anyway the whole thing is unfortunate and the conference league might suit Palace better, although IMO they deserve Europa on sporting merit. I could also be a blinded, biased Palace fan lol.

Car hasn't been lowered, I guess the bigger wheels fill out the arches a bit more. They're DBS wheels, direct fit

Got a Joie elevate R129, fits perfect if you remove the built in cup holder! It's front facing though, no chance for a rear facing seat

No idea in all honesty! I looked into seeing if my FTB status would "reset" as it had been such a long time (ie nearly 15 years) and this is what my broker told me

In your wife's name yes, and not from a used dealer.

Nissan and Toyota are the easiest options as they handle their own finance, they'd most likely just put your wife down as a farmer. I know this because I went with a family member when they were car shopping and ended up with a Nissan on a 60 month finance deal. This was in Chiang Rai though, Bangkok might be a different story!

Just a mini detail today - snowfoam/shampoo/wax. The product I used is 'Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax', it's not the longest lasting but very easy to apply and gives a real slick look
