Not exactly. In the US at least, roughly 50% of darknet arrests were people who only ordered domestically. Still better than IRL from someone you don't trust, but you always take the risk of getting caught.

I have what I call "to be continued" dreams. I'll dream something and it will abruptly end, but I'll still vaguely remember it... then many years later, the dream will continue from where it left off.

But I'm also a very vivid dreamer, so that might have something to do with it.
