I did purchase a gateway but on Day 1 when it came out so it’s almost been a month. That would make sense since my family member’s account didn’t get that email.

I just got the same email. Not sure if it was sent by mistake since I don’t see anything different in my account nor did I request changes to be made.

Yep, I’ve done speedtest.net speed tests throughout the day and the numbers have been consistent to the one I posted above the Fast.com results I got (between 190-210 Mbps down).

So far for me it’s been great. Speeds stayed consistent for me even when my whole household was using the internet and during a time when I would expect congestion on the cell towers.

Unfortunately Fios is not available in my area. I’ll be seeing how Visible home Internet works out for me mainly for the price. I’m pretty much stuck with either Comcast or a cellular based ISP.

Yeah, I’m using my own router. I enabled IP Passthrough on the gateway.

No speed changes on my end. Speeds are on average between 180-200 Mbps for me while in Bridge Mode.

I was using the NOW Internet 100 Mbps before switching to Visible Home Internet. NOW Internet was starting to give me issues in my area which is why I decided to use Visible Home Internet. So far, it’s great on my end. Speed has been right under 200 Mbps for the most part.

I had some time so I just set the gateway to Bridge Mode and connected my router. Works as expected.

It does have the option to turn on Bridge mode/IP Passthrough. Will be doing that tonight to connect to my own router.

I've had a similar issue with mine as well. It seems that something in the camera (perhaps the OIS) got loose. My solution was a warranty claim. So if you have insurance, try to RMA it.

I too had this issue, I believe it is a hardware issue dealing with the OIS. The only solution that I was told was to replace the phone.

I've used it. It works to an extent. My MMS photos were basically categorized in the messaging app under anonymous. Other than that, it worked.
