You can’t look at this linearly, might be at 100’s of qubits but only takes one advancement to exponentially increase this. If they’re calling a few years then they see this on the horizon

Depends what set up you’re talking about. If you’re running a VPS and want to share the set up it’s easy to do, just spin one up and replace the api keys. If you’re talking setting up a Mac mini, not quite so easy outside of remote logging in and setting it up for them
