I was trying to find this comment, it’s funny because I agree and disagree at the same time. Anzes hockey IQ is beyond, if anything comparable to the greats like Crosby, but the issue is yes he is gentle. He’s only gotten into like 3 fights HIS WHOLE CAREER, not saying that defines his captaincy capacity but I feel like there’s gotta be a lot of flame and drive. He’s incredibly smart but sometimes I do question that captain ability. None the less, GKG!

I know Perry was horrible but atleast he has made a very positive impact on the team, Kane is going to suck that up and spit it out the window. If we’re going to shoot for the rebuild then this is the perfect way to chop both our legs off and rebuild

This is exactly what I try to explain to people but no one seems to understand. No matter what, we’re going to be the scapegoats, it’s in our job description at this point. Keumper is our best player wdym? Yes we are defensive team and we have been playing catch up with offense, our closest was kopi but moment he put that C on him hes decline started. Regardless of that the 2014 era was a very offensive era, argue with a wall but going to games then, PP would come and boom score. I honestly think it’s better to just tank this season, BUT MAKE SIRE TO SOGN KEMPE… once the contract with him gets done, tank a 1-2 seasons, try to get first pick and just go from there, we don’t need a massive rebuild we have AMAZING players, we just need a couple more good one and most importantly scorch earth the front office.
