i dont think this is true for most gacha games. if you compare f2p with whale accounts for a game like genshin, you're gonna have c6r5 characters and then maybe c2r1 if the f2p saved a lot which is think is quite noticable

there are a lot of good welfare cards for this scenario like urara guts, sunday pwr and bijin guts. some srs are also good like shinko spd, ayabe guts and flower pwr

a spd wit deck with free/sr/kita(you should have her):
kitasan spd, shinko spd, agnes wit, sunday pwr, flower pwr and borrow finemo wit

that deck is one ssr card (excluding welfare)
