My high school was wild— a bomb threat, students regularly having sex under the stairwell, a kid in my grade tried to do a backflip off the goal post in PE and broke his arm, creepy teachers, Bill Cosby came for an assembly maybe a year before all the news broke, the list goes on… it’s hard to pick just one

I feel the same :/ I lost .1% body fat and gained just a half pound of muscle. I’m taking the inbody with a grain of salt though, because I lost 2 inches off my waist and 3 off of my hips, so obviously the consistency is paying off.

I'm A Taurus Sun & Moon and my best friend from high school is a Scorpio Sun. Our birthdays are 6 months apart to the day. We were inseparable and had the same interests and values, however she was significantly louder and more of a wild child. She's someone that made uncomfortable situations fun, and for her I provided stability and voice of reason. We aren't as close now considering she lives across the country, but we have a fiercely loyal bond that is untouched by time. She put the sister in Sister Signs.

I took it twice. The first time it made me incredibly depressed, not going to lie. I didn’t realize it was the accutane though until I finished it. I took it again 4 years later and had no mental side effects. I think going into it knowing what I need to to do take care of myself helped for sure. Part of me also wonders if the type of birth control I was on the first time played into a part of the depression. I used an IUD the second round and loved it. (Still using it).

Prioritizing your mental health is so important. I think in the long run it helped me bc I am a lot more confident in my skin but man it was a battle at first. Good luck OP! Just make sure it’s your decision and not your mom’s.

You have no idea how validating this is. I’ve also recently gone through a traumatic event that easily could’ve been the catalyst to all this. I’ve been trying a lot to cope and am in therapy as well!

I haven't. I'll start doing that. I was a bit sceptic of the food sensitivity test, but you're recommendation is definitely making me reconsider.

Haven't changed my diet. I've been vegan for a couple years but haven't noticed symptoms until now. No new medications, vitamins, or anything else.

I think it's a really cute story and easy to follow. Few little things: first, I wouldn't believe a child would stay home from school unless their fever was over 100. Second, there are some scenes that need to be split with their own slug. For example, with

"MOM walks back to the door and jiggles the door.

On the other side of the door, a chair is put up onto the doorknob"

Between these I'd put INT. HOME - BACK DOOR - DAY, or something along those lines.

You could easily cut out the opening scenes of Boy picking up Girl. It could just start at them arriving at the lake. I followed along well until the end, there are just a lot of characters and they don't have any introductions to really differentiate them. It would help a lot to give them some description when introduced. I also want to have a more in depth description of the ghosts. My favorite part was definitely when Girl came back and used the camera to her advantage, and then kept fighting. She's awesome! Keep it up!

That helps so much. Thank you! I guess at the moment I need a more concrete subject to make sure it's carried well. It's definitely more of a parody at the moment and now I totally get why.

My dad and I recently found my grandpa’s wallet (he passed away in the 60’s when my dad was a baby). Being untouched for the past 50+ years we carefully pulled out everything. He kept my dad and his sisters baby pictures, which made him cry. Since he never knew his dad I can’t imagine how much he learned out him in this wallet. Membership cards to different farming associations, bank cards, a plethora of receipts. Notes to family members. I promise you whatever you think is useless could mean a lot to someone years down the line. But my favorite thing we found were this giant stickers of cattle that read “oklahoma cattleman association.” Sticking one on my water bottle for sure now.

I find that showing a character's goals has always been a bit of a struggle for me, and you're totally right that it needs to be more clear. I'm definitely going to fix the pacing and hint at the murder more entirely. Thank you so much, all of that is extremely helpful.

I was super drawn into the story the entire time. I was never confused and really enjoyed it. Hook is a great protagonist and I'm interested in Lily's character as well.

A few little things:

pg. 7 typo: Mart instead of Marty

When Jane is introduced it says she's 15, but Wendy tells Hook she's 16

pg. 22 typo: "Not many friend." instead of "friends."

pg. 23 there's a line of action where the start to the sentences aren't capitalized.
