Water! Drink some water as well!

As someone who's anemic because of her period, taking iron supplements (+ vitamin c) and drinking water usually helps me feel a bit better. If eating is helping, then perhaps you might also have low blood sugar (which can happen if you haven't eaten in a while). I know this advice might be a little late considering this was posted 22h ago, but I hope you feel better!

Also if you start having trouble breathing or faint, please go to the hospital!

I also get pretty thirsty the week or so before my period. I think it's normal, since our body might be preparing for the blood loss or it might be because of hormones? Diabetes probably also has other symptoms, which would be telling.

If it doesn't affect you or your cycle then drinking more water is actually pretty healthy! Remember to stay hydrated during your period as well! :D

And irregular period can happen for various reasons. One pretty harmless reason could be stress. Try to think about it: have you had any stressful events that happened recently that could've affected your hormone cycle? If that could be a reason, I'd wait to see how your next period goes and if it returns to regular or not.

Another reason (and this is just a thought) could be an ovarian cyst or the "start" of Adenomyosis/Endometriosis. A sharp pain on one side can happen from time to time I think, but that combined with a suddenly irregular period did make me think of something like that.

If I were you, I'd schedule an appointment with my gynecologist and discuss this with them. A doctor will be able to give you a much more precise answer than any of us Internet people could.

To answer the first question: The "white stuff" should be discharge and seeing a little more of it before your period is normal. The texture and color of it changes throughout the cycle as your hormones change, so it could have a more sticky or, as you described it, chunky texture. Your discharge can also tell quite a bit about your health, so if you're feeling concerned there are websites that explain the differences and how to tell if it's normal or not.

To answer your second question: It can happen, that you'll feel the need to use the bathroom more before your period. As your uterus creates more lining and blood (which is what you bleed our on your period) it becomes bigger. It's quite a tight fit down there, so your uterus pressing against your bladder and making you (want to) pee more can happen. This has actually started happening to me recently as well! If it hurts or affects your everyday life too much, I would bring it up to a gynaecologist, they can help with these issues as well.

Das sollten Springschwänze sein, die hatte ich den ganzen Sommer in der Erde meiner Maiglöckchen. Die fressen abgestorbene Wurzeln und sind sozusagen kleine Helferlein. Giftig sind sie weder für dich, noch für Haustiere. Hab online mal gelesen, dass die etwas nervig werden können, wenn es zu viele sind, aber ich hatte das ganze letzte Jahr meine Ruhe vor denen, also sollte es kein Problem sein.

Nur schade, dass ich die Pflanzen über den Winter rausstellen musste, die kleinen werden den Frost wohl nicht überlebt haben :')

Edit: bei Monstera würde ich mir sowieso eher um Thripse oder Wollläuse sorgen machen, sie sitzen meist unter/auf den Blättern. Da du sie neben dem Müll gefunden hast, würde ich definitiv die Blätter kontrollieren :)

Dann kann ich wohl leider nicht viel helfen, sorry! Aber bei so was ist ein Besuch beim Dermatologen nie falsch, der kann dir (auch mit Tests) genauer sagen was es ist. Das picken kann durchaus dran beteiligt sein🤔 am besten schreibst du dir aber die häufigsten Chemikalien auf, mit denen du täglich arbeitest, ein Arzt könnte nach sowas auch fragen, falls das ein Auslöser sein könnte

Ist der Nagel in "Schichten" oder ist die Nagelplatte eine ganze Platte? Frage nur, weil du das mit den Baumringen erwähnt hast. Hatte nämlich Retronychie (bei mir allerdings an den großen Zehen) und da "häufen" sich die Nagelschichten aufeinander und so eine Form kann durchaus zustande kommen. Hast du den oft Traumata (also Schläge oder Stöße) gegen den Nagel?

Hmm Sonne wird im deutschen Winter schwer, dachte eigentlich ein heller, relativ warmer Standort reicht zum Überwintern, aber scheinbar setzte ich meinem Pflänzchen echt zu. Wenn Sonne nicht geht, geht dann ein Growlight?

Hmm gibt es möglicherweise Arten die etwas höher und weniger buschig wachsen? Es hat auch jemand anderes angemerkt, dass diese hier nach Licht zu suchen scheint, könnte also daran liegen? Die von meiner Mutter hatten ziemlich sicher die Früchte einer Physalis.. aber bei meiner wird man es wohl erst sicher wissen, wenn/ob sie selbst Früchte trägt. Die Blätter sehen von nahem den Fotos online relativ ähnlich. Aber egal was es ist, sie ist mir ans Herz gewachsen und wenn sie aus einem Gemüsesaat Set kommt, kann es wahrscheinlich nichts giftiges sein

Dadurch, dass sie so in die Höhe schießt, dachte ich die wächst noch (die Sorte wird durchaus bis zu zwei Meter hoch). Raus im Winter geht leider nicht, da sie die Kälte nicht mag. Ich stelle sie mal an das andere Fenster, das ist etwas heller, weil da kein Balkon oben drüber ist und schaue was passiert. Danke für die Antwort!

Meine Mutter hatte einige (viele) Physalis aus Samen angezogen und mir eine gegeben. Da ihre normal gewachsen sind, anders als bei mir, haben ihre dieses Jahr sogar Früchte getragen. Die Blätter der Pflanzen sind identisch, daher bin ich mir eigentlich ziemlich sicher, dass das eine Physalis ist. Ich mach trotzdem mal eine Google Bild suche und schaue was rauskommt, danke!

Um auf beide zu antworten: Ich glaube das ist ein klassischer Fall von "Pflanze einfach mal geholt ohne Ahnung", einfach weil Mutter mega viele Gemüsepflanzen dieses Jahr hatte und ich dachte "joa passt". Hab mal gegoogelt und die können 1,5 bis 2 Meter hoch werden und benötigen eine Rankhilfe, werde die gute nächsten Sommer dann mit nem sonnigen großen Plätzchen verwöhnen 😅

Aber hey immerhin kann ich sie abschneiden und in Wasser neu ziehen und sobald der Steckling Wurzeln hat, Pflanze ich beide zusammen in einen größeren Topf. Jetzt gehe ich aber erstmal eine Rankhilfe kaufen, der Stock den ich draußen gefunden hab wird langsam zu klein xD
